At AT Online we stand behind the quality of our refurbished laptops and new or used RAM and SSD drives. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange—subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility
- Return request submitted within 15 days of delivery date.
- Item in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- No signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or user modification.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email refund@atonline.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us securely, using the packaging provided or similar protective materials.
3. Refund & Exchange Options
- Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Exchange: Apply your refund value toward another in-stock refurbished laptop or RAM/SSD. Pay any price difference, and we ship your new item free of charge.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value.
