1. Scope of Services
AT Online provides refurbished laptops, new and used RAM & SSD modules, on-site cleaning, upgrade, repair, and exchange services.
2. User Obligations
- Provide accurate contact, billing, and device information.
- Ensure physical and data security of devices before service.
- Back up all personal data prior to any service—AT Online is not responsible for data loss.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received or authorized.
- We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Prices are as listed on the site and may change without notice.
4. Service Appointments
On-site service appointments must be scheduled in advance via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Warranty & Liability
- All products include the warranty period specified on your invoice (90 days for laptops, 1 year for NVMe SSDs).
- AT Online’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products or services.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on this site are the property of AT Online or its licensors and are protected by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
